2) Inflation Reduction Act is now available for Government subdivisions and not-for- profits, like municipalities and Airports

3) Any state and/or utility incentive can be stacked with the IRA as long as it’s not a direct federal funding

4) IRA can be utilized with Tax Exempt Financing

5) Project procurement completed in a guaranteed savings program which includes ongoing O&M maintenance and M&V services
