Basic fee for those not making a $1,000 sponsorship donation
B - Sponsorship Pledge Payment/Invoiceing and/or Comp Sponsor Registration
One complementary registration for each $1,000 sponsorship donation

If you have already registered for the conference you can use this type to add guests, golf, golf tee box sponsorship or a vendor table.

Standard Conference Registration is $350.
Sponsors can make Sponsorship payments by selecting the B registration, complete the form and indicate their sponsorship amount and how they wish to apply it at the bottom of the registration form. BOOK YOUR ROOM EARLY: Rooms are available now at a conference rate of $154 per night. This includes lodging in the Main Lodge, Mt. Gardner and Mt. Robinson guest rooms. The Patterson Lake Cabins are available for $162 per night or the Patterson Loft Suites are $222 per night. Reservations MUST be made by phone: 800.572.0493. Mention WAMA and CODE 45N9AR. Your credit card will be charged the first night as a deposit, but is fully refundable if your reservation is cancelled according to hotel policy.
