Association Resources
In this section of the web site, we provide access to various resources that are available to WAMA members and sometimes to the non-member public. We intend that your access to, and ability to make use of these resources, helps to make your airport management work more effective, Much of the material is provide by the members in order to help other members.
If there are items you would like to have us include, or you find material here that you feel should be edited, please let us know. And most importantly, if you have material that would be a help to others, give us an opportunity to make it available through this site. Directory - The web directory replaces the printed version that has been published periodically in the past. The directory lists members by member classification (Associate, Management, complimentary, education, retired) and then alphabetically by last name. It can be searched by the individual member’s name. When the viewer clicks on a name, that person’s profile information appears. Since the information in the directory comes directly from the individual members’ profiles, it is important that you members keep your own profile current. Job announcements – We post announcements or links to jobs that we have been advised of at our member airports and member Associate firms. In addition, we will post contact information and brief resumes for individuals (members and non-members) looking for employment in the industry potentially at our member airports and firms. Library – The purpose of the library is to make available to members, documents, forms and reports that may be useful to our members in the conduct of business at their particular airport. It’s based on the concept of “Not reinventing the wheel”. Of course its utility depends on the contributions of members, so if you have information that you have labored over to a successful outcome, we’d like to be able to share it with others; please consider submitting it to the library. Links – A variety of web links to airport-related sites where you may find information that is useful and/or interesting. Scholarships - This section provides information on the four financial assistance programs supported by WAMA. Descriptions and application forms are provided for the scholarship, internship, professional development, and community aviation education programs WAMA documents - This section preserves for member information, the official documents of the Association.
