On May 14, 2021, Skagit Airport will be hosting a tour of their airport. There are 20 spots available for attendees. Contact Keith Love at Keith@portofskagit.com if you plan to attend.

Standard Covid protocols will be in place. We will have portions of our tour that includes indoor spaces and outdoor spaces. Participants will be able to distance appropriately .There will be a bit of the tour that will involve walking, so dress comfortably.
 
10:00-10:15am (Fire Hall): Arrival, meet and greet. Coffee and pastries. Sara Young staff introductions

10:15-11:00am: Staff presentation, successes and challenges KBVS. Keith Love. Master Plan presentation. Current status and upcoming projects.  Heather Rogerson.

11:00-11:30am (Apron): Mike Dyberg, Dyberg Aviation. Aircraft presentation. Flight School & Hangar Development here at KBVS

11:45-12:45pm (Skagit Landing): LUNCH, Josie Urbick, Skagit Landing Restaurant. Presentation and Lunch

12:45-1:30pm (Corporate Air Center): Tim Lewis, tour FBO facilities. Presentation.

1:30- 2:00pm (East Apron): East Apron project current and future. Brady Rowe

2:00-2:15pm: Participants drive themselves to Heritage Flight Museum, Crosswinds side of the airfield.

2:15-3:15pm (HFM): Greg Anders, Heritage Flight Museum. Presentation.

3:15: End of Tour. Feel free to enjoy some time at KBVS after the tour to walk our trails or enjoy a beverage at one of our breweries here at the airport.
