Base fee:

A - Standard Registration – $375.00
Basic fee for those not making a $1,000 sponsorship donation
B - Sponsorship Pledge Payment/Invoicing and/or Comp Sponsor Registration
One complementary registration for each $1,000 sponsorship donation
C - Other/Addition to a previous registration
If you have already registered for the conference you can use this type to add guests, golf, golf tee box sponsorship or a vendor table.
D - One-Day Registration (Tuesday, May 10) – $175.00
Single day conference attendance Tuesday, May 10. Includes full day of conference activities, plus lunch and dinner. (Breakfast not included.)
F - Half-Day Registration (Wednesday, May 11) – $100.00
Half day conference attendance Wednesday, May 11. Includes final half day of conference activities, plus breakfast.
