Base fee:

A - Member (Login Required) – $400.00
Members-only pricing comes at a $50 discount and includes full conference attendance, meals and hospitality offerings
A - Non-Member – $450.00
Includes full conference registration, meals and hospitality offerings
B - Sponsorships & Comped Registrations
One complementary registration for each $1,200 sponsorship donation. For larger sponsorships you may do one payment under one attendee's name and then submit another Comped Registration at $0 for the other attendee(s).

Some attendees including our State Legislative Staff are comped and may register here. Comped registrations must be approved by the Conference Chair.

C - Changes/Additions to Previous Registration
If you have already registered for the conference you can use this to add guests or sponsorships. If you have paid for a registration, but choose to sponsor, you may pay the difference here (example, paid $400 registration, add $800 here for sponsorship).
D - May 20th Registration – $300.00
Single day conference attendance Tuesday May 20th. Includes full day of conference activities and meals as well as the Welcome Reception and Awards Dinner.
E - May 21st Registration – $150.00
Half day conference attendance Wednesday, May 21st. Includes half-day conference and brunch.
(Welcome Reception and Awards Dinner is not included.)

WELCOME RECEPTION: Lady of the Lake Cruise - Monday 5/19 (5pm Boarding)

Come kickoff WAMA 2025 on Lake Chelan with us. We'll have Hors d 'Oeuvres and drinks, compliments of WAMA and our great sponsors. The boat will depart promptly at 5:30pm and be back at 7:30pm.

AIRPORT TOUR: Pangborn Memorial Airport - Monday 5/19 (12pm-2pm)

Transportation on your own. Note, it is about a 1-hour drive from Chelan.

Please register for the tour so we can ensure accurate counts.

GOLF COMPETITION: Lake Chelan Golf Course - Monday 5/19 (11am-3pm)

Golf Registration is an additional $75.

Sponsor a Tee! For a $100 sponsorship fee, each sponsor will be designated a tee box to introduce your firm, business, or organization to the players. We encourage advertising materials and prizes. Small contests and promotional swag are also welcome. Contact Tim Ike (tike@jub.com) for Golf details and to coordinate marketing materials. Golf is hosted by J-U-B.

VENDOR TABLES: Vendor tables are $100 and may be added during registration. If you do not plan to attend the conference or any of the meals or events, you may register under Comped with just the Vendor Table selected/paid for. Vendor tables are 6 feet long with table cloth. We make every attempt for electricity to be provided, but not guaranteed. Vendor table location will be first come first serve during setup.

RAFFLES/GIFTS: Please feel free to bring a gift basket or swag to the conference for raffles. We give away these during breaks to the registered attendees (must be present to win). Swag can also be given away at the registration desk.

SPONSORSHIPS: We value our sponsors and without you, we wouldn't be able to host our conferences in amazing locations and venues across the state. For every $1,200 sponsorship, it includes a complimentary registration ($450 value). Sponsor logos will be on display boards around the venue, on the conference agenda, WAMA website, emails to members, and any other opportunities we can come up with to show you off.
