Join us for a First Friday presentation by Dr. Mike Jones, who will be addressing the question: is there something I can change in my organization’s set-up — my “org chart” — that will help my team do better? Airports are businesses and should be operated as such. Dr. Jones examined 121 variables that determine the economic success of an airport and will be sharing the results of this study. His research has uncovered some surprising facts on what makes an airport successful which will surely be of interest to all airport operators.
