$159/night + tax - WAMA special rate
You may use the link above to reserve online or call in to make your hotel reservations under our group name Washington Airport Management Association. You may also give them our Group ID 49931A. We always recommend booking early as we often sell out of our room blocks.
GOLF: Wine Valley Golf Club - $100 includes 9-holes and golf cart. You may also register a guest for golf for additional fee. Tee times vary by group but will be between 9am-10am on Monday the 18th. Teams of 4 will be assembled, if you have a request for a team, please email Tim Ike (tike@jub.com). Lunch & golf games/awards are sponsored by J-U-B.
Sponsor a Tee! For a $100 sponsorship fee, each sponsor will be designated a tee box to introduce your firm, business, or organization to the players. We encourage advertising materials and prizes. Small contests and promotional swag are also welcome. Please coordinate marketing materials for the Tee sponsorship with Tim Ike (tike@jub.com).
AIRPORT TOUR, WINE TOUR, & WELCOME RECEPTION: Buses will leave the Marcus Whitman at 1:00pm and take our guests on an airport tour, then to two wineries (Northstar Winery & Caprio Cellars) for tastings, and ending at Dunham Cellars for our evening reception with dinner. The buses will leave Dunham Cellars at 8:00pm and return guests to the hotel after an evening of networking.
You are welcome to drive yourself or carpool to the individual wineries and to the welcome reception, but you will miss the airport tour. Bus space is limited to the first 90 people, please indicate if you plan to ride on the conference registration form.
Guests are welcome at the wineries and welcome reception. Due to the limited bus space, guests may ride standby for the tour and wine tour if there is space available. Be prepared to drive yourself to the wineries and welcome reception. We apologize for this inconvenience.
VENDORS: Vendor tables are $100 and may be added during registration. If you do not plan to attend the conference or any of the meals or events, you may register under Comped with just the Vendor Table selected/paid for. Vendor tables are 6 feet long with tablecloth. We make every attempt for electricity to be provided but not guaranteed. Vendor table location will be first come first serve Monday and Tuesday. Vendor tables are located in the lobby outside of the conference room where we will host our morning/afternoon breaks. For more information on vendor tables, email conference@wama.us.
RAFFLES/GIFTS: Please feel free to bring a gift basket or swag to the conference for raffles. We give away these during breaks to the registered attendees (must be present to win). Swag can also be given away at the registration desk. Your registration name is your ticket to win.
MARKETING & SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES: Please register the primary attendee that will be tied to the sponsorship along with the amount to be paid during registration. The marketing and sponsorship levels are shown below. Note that additional complimentary registrations for Gold and Platinum sponsors should be registered separate under Option B - Complimentary Registration. If your airport or company logo has changed from 2025's conference, please email the updated logo to conference@wama.us.
Marketing & Sponsors will host their logos on the agenda, website, conference banners, WAMA Waypoints newsletter, and some of our branded merchandise during the event. Some of banners and branded merchandise must be ordered the beginning of April to ensure timely arrival. To ensure you are on all marketing materials, please register/sponsor early.

CANCELLATIONS: After May 5th (two weeks prior to the conference), any cancellation will result in a 50% refund of registration amount. After May 12th (one week prior to the conference), we will not be refunding due to commitments to the venue based on registration numbers. Thank you and we apologize for the inconvenience.
